I became interested in how the body works after suffering a long term knee injury in my early twenties. I eventually found an excellent therapist who very quickly saw the cause of my problem and helped me get back to training and working in just a few weeks.
This later inspired me to learn more and I studied sports therapy at Chichester University where I graduated with honours. I then went on to complete post graduate courses in acupuncture and spinal manipulation. I have gained experience in several clinical locations including Headley Court Rehabilitation Centre.
My belief is in an holistic approach to treatment, looking a the whole person not just the symptoms that present themselves. This approach helps to get to the root cause of each patient's condition.
